VaultPi Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 the idea would be a community of ghouls who have taken over an industrial area, full of toxic and nuclear waste and well started repairing things producing heavy pre-war industrial goods, the like of which neither the Legion or the NCR have really seen.
