After the battle of fort amol, I returned to her, and got my orders, which were "we're taking the city, meet the men gathering for the attack, move it!" The problem is, the battle for windhelm did not start and the quest marker remains on rikke, but she just keeps yelling at me to go take the city, without giving me a dialogue option. In fact, it's not even in my quest section, all I have is "regain the pale" under "Reunification of Skyrim." When I got to windhelm, Tullius is neither at the gates nor anywhere in the city, he's still in solitude. I tried a couple of different solutions. First, i tried just fast traveling to the stables to see if that would prompt the battle. It did not, and the same result for going to the palace of kings, which I hear sometimes works. then I tried returning to fort amol, looking around (there are no imperials there even after the battle, is that normal?) and then returning to rikke. nada. then I tried using CWSiegeObj, which didn't want to work, and then player.moveto (UlfricRefld) which didn't work either. another thing I've tried is talking to the soldiers at the camp. So I've gone and done lots of other quests and gotten really far in the game since then, what can I do to either resolve this bug or force-start the battle for windhelm?
