Alter Pip-boy color at workbench

I don't know if it's possible or not, but I'd like to see a mod that lets you customize the pip-boy's color at the armor workbench using a palette system like what Niero uses for their CROSS armors. I have my character wear a multitude of outfits throughout the course of the game and the pip-boy sticking out like a sore thumb even more so than it does already drives me nuts. So unless the Readius is made I'm hoping that it would be possible for someone to make this instead. If so, I would greatly appreciate it.
