Skyrim SE Character creation menu, Huge FPS drop

Who else has the following problem?

When I am in character creation menu i get a huge fps drop, is like my game freezes for a short while when choosing the race or typing the character name and when exiting the menu.

And i cant figure out what the problem is, I had this problem even before installing any mods and dont know what to do anymore.
