LE Spectral Limbs

I always though just 2 limbs to carry weapons and magic not enough im thinking a mod that add spectral limbs that growth on your back so you can quadrible mage or you can use two handed weapon while still using damage and magic ward spells.I want to do it myself but i dont know where to start.

Not sure that's possible, not to mention that most mice only have two main buttons, plus the scroll wheel click.
