SSE Creation Kit 2.0 Crashing while trying to load skyrim.esm with update.esm+

+ I have before loaded esms and esps without a problem for quite sometime and I've loaded a few mods to bethesda.net without any s#*!.

But now I can't get anything to load, not even a brand new esp, and I do not know what has changed. I've looked over a few files like, the DataFile looks like a real mess and not at all right, and every time I uninstall CK and reinstall it, some s#*! about a script.zip questions pops up asking me if I want to unzip it. I've said no, and yes and replace, yes and skip files, and the last few times went back to delete it before launching CK. Nothing changed, still crashes whenever I try to load anything. Literally.

 

This has been such an annoyance for the last three or four days, but before I delete IT ALL (SSE, all related mods, everything and do a fresh install) I want to see if anyone has anything that might fix this s#*!.

Those DataFiles in CK look really wrong, can someone show me what they have or what it looks like?
