Vanyon124
Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to use "Deadly Reflex", "Show Quivers", and "Realistic Ragdolls" all at the same time. The problem I have with using them is that they all use their own "skeleton.nif" file, which I'm assuming just defines the skeleton's characteristics for the game (like Deadly Reflex skeleton.nifs are decapitatable, etc.), but I'd like to use all of these mods, being that my character uses both swords and bows, I'd like to have the "Realistic Ragdolls" ragdolls, my quivers on my back when I'm on my horse, and the exciting combat of the Deadly Reflex mod. I am using only Deadly Reflex right now, because I like that one the best and it's most important to me, but can anyone tell me how to combine these three mods? SickleYield
You can only have one skeleton.nif. It's hardcoded just like the body meshes are and would require considerable scripting workaround with OBSE to fix (expertise few people have). I'd try using them all with each skeleton in turn and see what happens - there might not be a real problem. I'm guessing the realistic ragdoll probably adds more collisions to the skeleton, but I'm not sure what the Deadly Reflexes one really does. It might also affect collisions, and then you would have a problem.
Vanyon124
So basically it's very complicated to do? Because if I install another mod it overwrites the skeleton file each time, so only one can work at a time. You (or anyone else) don't know of any way I could combine the three? SickleYield
You would have to be able to 1. examine the collisions in the .nif file in NifSkope and 2. know what you're looking at. If you're able to figure out what you want from that, you could then copy the whole collision branch over from one skeleton to the other in order to combine those features of them.
