Enemies damage is too slow

The title says all... when i attack an enemy, the damage that enemy receives is TOO slow, in vanilla, i will killed it whit like, 4 punchs, but whit mods, 7 punchs

Can you show us your mod load order please? If you are using LOOT, click the 3 dots in the upper right, select Copy Load order, and then paste it here.

Dragonborn
(You should be using Unofficial Skyrim Legendary edition patch and place it here)
[other .esms]
High Res Textures 1,2,3
(You should be using Unofficial High Res Patch and place it here)
[Other .esps]
[texture mods] (mods that make your skyrim look better)
[body Mods] (mods that make bodies look better)
FNIS (an animation mod if you ever want animations)
[Animations] (if you ever get them put them here]
XP32 Maximum Skeleton (if you ever get it, which I would suggest)
[any mod LOOT sorts after these]

If you don't know what LOOT is, you may be missing some very important details on mod basics. I would suggest you take some time to watch this video series. They are really helpful.

As to your specific load order, I would suggest you reinstall your ELFX and this time do not active the Weathers.esp when installing it. Let your light mod be your light mod, and your weather mods be your weather mods.
