I read a lot of post about the type of female body MOD that members like but what about the women out there. What MOD do you girls like best? I use a body replacement MOD but It was one that came out when they first started to appear way back when and the ones I have looked at are not that much better and as I am a male and have no need to use MODed armor or weapons I keep the one's that came with the game. I do not think it is a good idea to use a lot of MOD's as trouble can happen. I think I have 5 or 6 at this point. There are a few that are needed like a good inventory MOD, a level slowing MOD,a quest item level MOD and such. We all have our own choice about which and how many to use which is nice.

I don't expect you will get many answers, as the majority of gamers are guys, and not girls.

 

BUUUUT...... lets presume I'm a girl, and in that case I would have a mod where you could have REAL men, not those fancy-pants who think they're tough because they exercise daily, and shave their chests. No, I'm talking about REAL men with beards, and atleast hair on their chests, otherwise they aren't "men" in my opinion.

 

... Honestly... writing the above made me feel a little gay, so I'm gonna quit now, before people get the wrong idea about me. :P

It felt really, really, really, really, REALLY gay to write that above, BUT....I did it for the sake of the thread. I mean, he won't really get many responces as it is just like I wrote before, the majority of gamers are guys, not girls.

 

But heck, who know, I might be a girl who's lying about her gender just becuase I would fit in better. Who knows? :whistling:

Well, some Girls actually like Chest Hair. Altough, mine makes me look like a Gorilla. A Sysadmin Gorilla with Glasses, of course :D

 

The Male Bodies in Oblivion are pretty boring. Everyone has absolutly the same Body. Its even more boring then GTA San Adreas, where the Body would change if it got stronger, fatter, whatever...

 

 

Realistic Bodies would be extremly difficult to do, you would have to make new Armor Models for the Fat People. If would like to make Char as Fat as i am :D

First off., I'm a guy, and I don't want you to presume I'm a girl!! haha., anyway, I use Roberts male body replacer and Breezes more defined body my girlfriend saw me playing one time running around in just iron greeves and boots and said that I (in RL) need to start working out again! haha!! so I guess SHE likes Roberts and Breezes.

I'm a 26-year-old female. I use Robert's Average as a reasonable compromise body. There aren't a lot of male body replacers out there, and Robert's has the most clothing/armor support. A lot of female players I know use Robert's Muscular for roughly the same reason a lot of guys use Exnem's - eye candy. AlienSlof's female-targeted mods also are for Robert's Muscular.

 

I think you'll find there are a fair number of women and girls out there playing Oblivion, but most are of less aggressive personality than I am and don't want to put up with forum environments that foster threads like this:

So you won't find them extensively participating in forums. Most of those I know are at Canadian Ice & Howndog's Place, which is considered an "adult" forum by Bethesda (although it has very few sex-related mods or threads). There's also the fact that mods targeted toward women, such as AlienSlof's clothes and armor, tend to meet with some very unkind remarks from teenage boys who refer to them as "gay." I've gotten the same thing with reference to my own mods, because I don't make armors that cover up more on males than they do on females.

 

In fact, that's the thing I hate the most - the attitude that it's normal and better to show more on female bodies than male.

i agree with SickleYeild just for refrence i'm male i think that this sexist attitude tward women has gone long enough. as a matter of fact it's a double-edged sword considering saying it's ok for girls but not ok for men it's doubaly sexist

I'm a guy and I use both genders of body replacer. It makes the game seem a bit more...real, if you consider the way that in Morrowind, people said you were naked when you were wearing weird fur undergarments.

 

I like BAB for female, and Robert's (not sure average or muscular, it says "full") replacers. Exnem's sucks, IMO.

 

And I'm a huge fan of the Slof mods, and the various *ahem* adult literature items on her site. Still, anyway, there's no reason insecure teenagers (though they're my age group, :rolleyes: ) should call me gay (since I'm not, and since I hate being labeled, it offends me) just because my character wears a suggestive outfit.
