Mods not working properly anymore when 3 hours of playing

Firstly, English is not my first language so you may find my grammar a little bit weird but I hope you understands what am I saying.

 

So I met this problem ONLY when I played my skyrim over 2-3 hours of playing, some mods seems to be slow reaction or even not working properly anymore.

Example of the problems:

• sneak HUD won't work anymore (mods: iHUD)
• nothing happens when I trying to soul trap some enemies
• can't trade items with followers or manage their outfits (mods: Amazing Follower Tweaks)
• can't unhide my helmet anymore (mods: Hide Helmet Toggle)
• some powers from perk skills won't work/ slow working (mods: Ordinator Perks)

The temporary solution to this problem is restarting the skyrim so the mods will working perfectly again. But just after when I'm restarting skyrim and reloading my saves, the effects of previous problems just showed up suddenly (souls captured, effects on powers active, suddenly open the trading HUD with followers). I don't know what causes these problems, maybe you guys can help me out.

Intel Core i3-321U 1.8Ghz

4GB DDR3 RAM

GT 740M 2GB

Win 7

I think the issue here is your RAM, and perhaps CPU.

 

your computer can't handle all of them after some time of playing, skyrim can't use more then 3GB, but your system itself also uses RAM in order to run the game & mods.

 

Another thing could be a certian mod that has a so called 'leaking' issue, which causes overload, however, i'm almost confident it's your RAM and CPU that can't keep up after 2-3 hours with all those mods.

 

i'm also seeing a conflict in your set-up: run for your lives & when vampires attack and immersive citizens - AI overhaul, both those mods do the same thing, so i would recommend removing 1 of those as a start, Immersive citizens i think does all those things those 2 mods do seperated.

 

Another strange thing: im seeing Illustrous HDT capes, but no HDT plugin. disregard this, just figured that XPMSE does the HDT stuff.

I am recently reinstalled skyrim and the mods. Before I'm reinstall I never face this problems. Or is it because I'm using Skyrim HD right now so it affects my other mods?

Is it possible to remove Skyrim HD without reinstall skyrim? because I don't want to start over again
