Spoonman671
This is an issue I'm having with making mods, not installing/using mods so if I'm not in the right place then just let me know. I was recently making a building and decided the interior felt a little too cramped. This led to increasing the size scale of all the architecture objects and doors. Naturally I thought it would be silly to have a large space existing within a small space so I rescaled the exterior, did some landscaping and resized the doors. All that was well and good but when I went in-game to make sure everything was going smoothly I noticed that the exterior doors remained at scale 1 and were not moved into position in the doorways. The rescaled building was were it should be. I accessed one of the floating doors to the interior to check out that situation. All interior doors were scaled and positioned as I wanted. I checked the CS again and all my changes were definitely saved. If anybody has any ideas how this happened and, more importantly, how I can fix it then I would really like to hear them. Thanks in advance.

I would think that either making an altered .nif with the desired scale, or using a quest script to scale and position the doors would accomplish what you are wanting. At any rate, changing the scale of things like buildings can have unwanted effects on movement through the building if there are any stairs or fixed elements. And small, cramped spaces make a bit more sense given the type of materials they're using. Go visit some houses which are over 140 years old, they tend to have small rooms, and combined use spaces, expecially homes of the lower and middle class where heating larger spaces would have been problematic.
