When i turn around, third person or first person, doesn't matter, all that's on screen appear much darker than normal (even all black), doesn't matter if it's night or day, and after 3-4 seconds return to normal. If i look at some stairs, for example it appears much lighter than normal, not darker. I was looking on Google: not even a person with this problem. You are my last hope. Useless reply on my part, lol, but I was just informing you that it's definitely a well-known problem and therefore it probably has a fix by now.
