werr92
You can use a Command Line for that purpose. Convert your esp to esm file and rename "Fallout 4" directory to something witn no gaps (as Command Line doesn't recognize them correctly). In my example that would be "Fallout_4". Then run the Command Line, go to the harddrive you have game installed and input the following:D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout_4\CreationKit32.exe -GenerateLips:WerrsAppHouse.esmWell this is basically the route to the executable file (Creation Kit 32 bit in our case) which is commanded to generate lips in WerrsAppHouse.esm (enter your mod name here). This will generate lips from all of the loose WAVEs located in the voice folder corresponded to your plugin. Don't forget to re-name yer game folder back and delete the .esm variation of your file when it is done.
zilav
Put path/file names in quotes if they contain a space, no need to rename"D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\CreationKit32.exe" -GenerateLips:WerrsAppHouse.esm
DrabRab
Thanks for the responses, I ended up just making dummy plug-in "test.esm" and directory "fallout4\data\voice\sound\test.esp", copied my .wav in there, and started the LIPGenerator - Fallout 4.bat, after starting it I just typed in "test.esm" hit enter, and the creationkit32.exe activates in background to generate .lip in the same directory as the .wav
