Looking for missing required mod, or way to bypass it

I would like to use T3T's Weapon Tweak mod, but it requires the .esm of a mod called Stormfront Studios Presents, for it's energy weapon effects iirc. Problem is, that mod has disappeared off the face of the Internet, author's site included. Last activity on his Youtube channel was over a year ago.

Does anyone still have this mod lurking about in their computers somewhere and is willing to reupload it, or knows of a working link to it somewhere? If that's not the case, is there a modder who'd be willing to fix that dependency and replace it with something like Energy Weapons Enhanced or another still accessible mod?

 

Should all else fail, does anyone know of a good weapons rebalance/selective addition mod? By selective addition, I mean it sticks to adding a few well-balanced and high-quality weapons as opposed to an "everything including the kitchen sink" approach. Not that I wish to imply mods that take that approach are somehow inferior; it's just that my computer's rather old and i'd prefer not to add a mass of weapons if most of them i'm rarely, if ever, going to use.

His last post here was in 23 January 2011. His site is gone, his youtube profile untouched for over a year, and the mod disappeared off of the face of the Internet. If I thought it likely that he would reply, then I would ask him.

I'm not sure what the circumstances of his disappearance was, or whether or not he deliberately removed his mod from the Internet. I just want to get T3T weapon tweaks working. The author of that mod pretty much said to me that my only hope of getting a working version was to install FWE and just turn off every option other than the weapons, but considering my computer's inherent instability, i'm trying to keep the amount of detritus down to a minimum.
