LE [Request] A custom ability - CreationKit

Greetings!

I'm working on a custom follower and would like to give him a very specific ability. That's the point I am currently struggling with, as it is one that is very similar to the Konahrik Mask enchantment. I will list what I intented it to do:

Requirements/Trigger:
- Must trigger at a health threshhold of 20% remaining HP
- May only activate once a day

Effects:
- Fast Healing on self (restores 50HP)
- Creates a Flame Cloak for 10 seconds
- Grants the first Word of Dragon Aspect for 15 seconds (+25 armor rating and Power Attacks deal 25% more damage)
- 20% chance to summon a FireWyrm upon triggering

 

 

I tried to reverse-engineer Konahrik into this ability but was not very successful at all.
On a side note - If it is possible to do that, I won't mind if it ends up only as an enchantment.
