ItsFreakinJesus
The most I've done in regards to modding ME3 came from texture replacing and doing the exec textfilename.txt stuff for talent points and class abilities. All of that stuff used to work fine and dandy--lost my previous, years old setup due to a Windows 10 upgrade messing up Origin, resetting the client back to default settings, which of course "repaired" all three ME games--but now, I can't get anything to work. My old exec text files are still the same as they always were and I made new ones, but nothing seems to work. Can't even hotkey to toggle flycam. I did do more extensive modding this time in prep for Andromeda, so I got stuff like EGM, JAM, Recalibrated, and then a bunch of smaller stuff like DLC outfits, bonus powers, and whatnot. I've tried using the MOAM coalesced.bin, an old copy I somehow managed to find that was one of my pre-Origin repair ones from before Leviathan and Citadel came out, and have even constructed a new one to no avail. Doing everything straight through the console works just fine though, but giving myself powers one by one and then having to give myself the talent points to get them up to spec is growing very tedious when I used to be able to alt-tab, change some text, hit a key, and have it all flash up at once. edit: Disregard this post because I'm an idiot. Apparently, the last time I modded the coalesced.bin file, I had a bunch of duplicates/backups all over the place, and thus was confused by the fact that the coalesced.bin file should be in Biogame>CookedPCConsole and not just in the Biogame folder. I had an epiphany and began to wonder if one of the dlc mods had their own coalesced files and ended up discovering my glaring oversight. All is good again.
