Recommendations asked for a more realistic Skyrim experience

I started playing Skyrim only a couple of weeks ago. I know, a bit late, but there were other games that drew my attention. I have Skyrim Legendary Edition that includes Dawnguard, Heartfire and Dragonborn. My version is 1.9.32.0.8. I installed the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch. Playing it on ultra high settings with a GeForce 560Ti.

At this point i really don't need better textures, or any clothing and armor different from those in the original game (vanilla?), but since i'm a little bit disappointed by the level of reality and diversity of 'people' in game i'd like to install a few mods focused on appearance (body shape, faces, hair, etc.).

Here's my wish list:

1. more realistic shaped bodies for player (toon, avi) and NPC's

2. more possibilities to create a body style to your own preference for the player (toon, avi)

3. random different body types for NPC's

4. SOME chubby NPC's and i want m to move in a natural way

5. all vanilla clothing and armor, that fits player aswell as NPC's (no clipping issues)

6. removable underwear for player and NPC's

7. pubic hair from shaved to overgrown and anything in between

It should all stay as lore friendly as possible, just a little bit more realistic and mature.

Now i ve done some looking around and due to the fact that i stepped into this game late, there are 60,000 mods out there. I m sure there are a few good, stable ones among those, but i kinda lost my way by now.

I found some that seem to suit my goals but i have no idea how good they are and if they will all work together cos all seem to list at least some sort of compatibility issue, or demand some other mod that comes with things i don't need. Or, have an instruction/description on Nexus that's abacadabra to me. Sometimes they don't even list the functionality of the mod.

1. UNP or CCBE? Or something else?

2. CCBE has 'sliders'??

3. EBD? i do not want my NPC's to all look the same

4. Chubby Races of Skyrim? And that needs XP32 Maximum Skeleton XPMS?

5. Not sure if Caliënte's mod does the job, are there mods that fit all the vanilla clothing and armor to modded bodystyles? E.g. OCR - Omnisway Clothing Replacer - CBBE BodySlide BBP TBBP, or UNP Body Fit Armors?

6. CBBE ? Will nobody be wearing underwear anymore?

7. CBBE 3 Pubic Hair Styles? Randomly distributed over NPC's or will all have the same style?

Maybe i'm overasking. What would you experienced skyrim modders recommend?
