Falco^
 My wife has been playing Morrowind for some time and has loaded numerous Mods to her game. The problem we are having has occured since she loaded morrowind alive. It reported missing .NIF files which she located instructions on Morrowind summit and a link to Rhedd heads. as it said she needed Rheed's Heads, which she downloaded all their .NIF files and loaded them. now she is getting this error:Model Load Error:Meshes\BG\BG_B_N_Nord_M_Head01.NIFCannot Load File inMeshes\BG\BG_B_N_Nord_M_Head01.NIFWill use the default object Marker_Error.NIFI checked the Meshes\BG dir and the requested file is present, so I reloaded the file from the zip archive and placed it in the Meshes\BG as well as in the \MeshesDir but I am still getting the same error. I just was hopeing someone else mayhave encountered problems with this plugin. Thanks for any help and advice you can give.
cmac
I've had problems with the Rhedd's Heads- it's never worked for me, and then I stopped trying to figure it out after I learned that it does not actually replace the current NPC's faces with the new ones. It's a real disappointment, though. I really liked those faces. The only advice I can offer is to search for a mod that does an NPC replace- search for Morrowind NPC replace on Google. Muennin
Initially I, too, experienced this problem. But with Zipgenius and TESMU my dilemma was quickly solved! :D

ohGr
i used to get this too, its either the way you installed it, or the way you installed it, because i once put everything in the wrong folder, and everyone walking around with big yellow exclamation marks where their head should be, and upon closer inspection, their headless. one thing though, if its in the folder bg, leave it in that folder, this is one of the reasons why it screws up, so it should be in Meshes/bg/the files will be hereor whatever folder name it has that should be in meshes, as of now i have a b c g bg w and some others. alwyas remember, dont take the files out of the folder their in, or it will screw up on you... ...in fact, thats why it screwed up on me.
