CTD randomly PLEASE help

Hey, so i have been playing skyrim for some hours and i get random CTD's. They happend never the same or at the same place. I have tried with loot and SSEEdit and cleaned. I have also tried the touch panel fix and i have tried different fixes like xaudio2.7.dll or whateve its called.

 

I have updated all my drivers and i do not use SLI.

Well from what I see shouldn't FNIS be last in the load order? Also there with FNIS you don't just download and install it there are other things to do. And I didn't notice but do you have the mod "Open Cities"? because that one was causing me to have Random CTD's and was messing with some of my vanilla saves like "Blood on the Ice" and it messed up mods like Rigmor" and others so I un-installed it. Been playing a new game with 130 plus mods and no CTDs.
