Edit Slow Time shout or adjust game speed

I would like to know if there is a way to edit the slow time shout or adjust game speed.

Is there a way to remove the lighting effects (blue picture) of the slow time shout?

Or it would be easier if there was a command to slow time ingame so it looked like everything was moving in slow motion.

Any ideas or solutions? I plan on making a epic movie once the Creation kit comes out.

why not slow down the footage in your video editor?

Loss of quality. The editor or plug-in would then need to insert missing frames, which they do by calculated guessing based on previous and next frames.

If you start with 30 fps and take one second of that stretching to say 5 seconds, then you have 5 seconds worth of frames to fill with only 30 original frames of information. Twixtor (if I remember the name correctly) does an excellent job as a plug-in for After Effects, but you can't beat having more frames to work with.

So for the best quality, best to go with what the poster was asking for, which I've no answer for. Sorry. Would be neat to know. I can do it with Mass Effect 2 because it also has a built in "bullet time" that the player uses as a "perk", as well.

What he said. I used ENB cinematic lighting mod before and that got rid of the slow time shout lighting and effects which made me happy, but it reduced FPS quite a bit even with all the FPS enhancements and changes. So I reverted to the old backup and that brought back the effects and lighting to the shout. Hope there is a way to edit Slow Time Shout.

Yes, there is a way using sky edit. Go to spells look for voice slow time, and change its magnitude from there. Sometimes the slow motion effect becomes permanent if you set the magnitude way too low, but you can easily fix this by using resurrect on your character, and then saving and re loading( if you don't re load your save, the "humming" effect of the slow time shout is going to bug you until you re load). Oh, and the edges of your screen will become blurred even if you re load your current game. It will eventually get fixed if you use another slow time shout, and it wears off.

I was going through nexus to find "sky edit" and the search came up negative. do you have a link for that Sky Edit?

Found the solution. To adjust game speed type "sgtm #" default speed is 1 so if I wanted to slow time i type .1 - .9

Thanks

The thanks goes all to you. Just tried using that global time multiplier and it's exactly what we were both looking for.

Funny, I kind of prefer the game at about .9 because it gives things more of a massive feel. Actually, even lower really adds to the realism as NPC's move like they actually weigh something, but then it feels like cheating...
