It comes from repeatedly activating and deacvtivating the plugins. There is no console command to remove the items...either ignore them or use the disable command the remove them one by one.

Absolutely correct, cmac. The simplest method I've found to do this is using a utility called TESMU (available at gamersroam.com). First scan, and then remove the plug-in before reinstalling. I hope this helps you!
