Help with Load Order

[FancyBreaker]

I was playing with mods for a while and it was working fine started a new playthrough and added some new mods and now when I start the game it runs fine for like maybe 7 mins or less and the crashes to desktop, So I was wondering if there was a problem with my load order. Have you verified that it isn't an issue caused by memory block overload? Tons of mods can cause the game's memory blocks to hit their default max very quickly regardless of load order.
