CTD When Entering Riften

Like the title says... I've spent the last 3 nights trying to get Skryim running with my mods and after some really difficult troubleshooting I managed to get everything running smoothly. No crashes, decent FPS, and best of all all of my mods were working in harmony. Unfortunately I've now found that there was a terrible little bug just waiting in the shadows to ruin my freakin' day. Upon entering the city of Riften I CTD every single time. I've tried starting a new game and I've tried it on my existing ones. I've also tested most of the other cities and found that none of them cause the issue. It's just Riften. I'm afraid to touch my mods for further troubleshooting without at least some sort of guidance/pointing in the right direction as it took so much work just to get to the stable point I'm at now. A generally good load order I use is:
Skyrim
Update
Dawnguard
Hearthfires
Dragonborn
USLEEP
[other .esms]
HiResTextures 123
Unofficial High res patch
[utility mods] (Papyrus, skse scripts, UI extensions,better messagebox controls...)
[other .esps]
Brawlbugs fix
[Texture mods] (anything that makes skyrim look better)
[body mods] (anything that makes the body or npcs look better)
FNIS
[Animation mods]
XPMSE
Alternate Start
Bashed Patch
Dual sheath redux

If you make any changes, make sure that you test on a new game to make sure any problems you have been having are no longer there.

If nothing works and the problem still persists, it's either likely a mod conflict I don't know of, a system issue, or something has become corrupt. If something is corrupt, I suggest a clean install.

As to your specific load order:
1. I would suggest using Unofficial Skyrim Legendary edition patch, updating your RS children and RND so they are compatible.
2. You have a lot of big scripted mods. They could be causing strain on your system if yours isn't particularly good.
3. Clothing and clutter fixes should be right after your unofficial res patch
4. I highly suggest getting xpmse for your particular load order and placing it in the suggested spot.

I'll give all that a try and see if it fixes anything. As for the system strain, I've never had any issues. I'm able to run far more modern games than Skyrim at max settings, and Skyrim itself is running very smoothly outside of the Riften problem so that shouldn't be an issue.
