Optimized Vanilla Textures crash

I figured it out! It was something wrong in the skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini, I changed it according to Memnoch's guide ( http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74427/? ) and there were no more problems, no crashes, all textures good, and Optimized Vanilla Textures and Skyrim 2k HD Textures can be enabled together without problem.

 

Now the only problem that persists is a crash while enabling ETaC: the game crashes with an error message " Skyrim has failed to allocate memory / Possibly running out of memory ".

My specs: Windows 10, Gtx 970 G1, i5 4690 @3,5GHz, 8GB RAM.

Well just off-hand I don't see any ETaC patches. Check the forums tab and the compatibility section.
