Adjusting Head Size?

Hello I am new to modding.

 

I would like to know if there's a way to adjust size of the head? The current head is too large for a slim body build I am playing.

What you ask is no walk in the park, it's not just a head, it's all of them + hair, armors / hats.

It's a lot of work and it covers all the mods in game.

 

Basically a nightmare. Yes, there is a way, feasible? ah not really but anything you put your mind too is possible.

I thought there is a way to simply scale the head independently like the player.setscale command.

it is possible but i haven't quite found the right combo of bone scales yet. i was trying to make the head slightly larger, but the way fo4 seems to merge multiple skeletons together, also the face seems to work different than skyrim... my results were... well... i assume these are the reasons it is not yet able to be done via looksmenu.
