Kreiri
I was smelting ore at smelter in Karthwasten, when my camera shifted and became attached to my horse. No matter what I do, camera remains attached to horse. I tried mounting/dismounting, mounting another horse, fast travelling to a town, using that smelter again - camera stayed attached to the horse. Any ideas how to fix it?
TheLoneRange12
I have also encountered this same bug. I was in Riverwood and hopped off my horse and clicked the forge, and my camera also became attached to my horse. Unfortunately, i was only using quicksaves/auto saves so i screwed my 100+ hour character. Have tried using the console to kill the horse, fast traveling, entering buildings, etc to no avail. If i enter a building my camera just tweaks and falls through the map (thats the best way to describe it, anyway). I can still move my character as normal, its just that the camera is locked on the damned horse. Ive tried adjusting the FOV along with various console commands, all with no luck. Ive also looked around in the Skyrim.ini files to see if i can mandate an object for the camera to follow with no success. If anyone knows a trick or way to fix it myself and Kreiri would greatly appreciate it. Its not a widespread problem, judging by the lack of other posts with this problem ANYWHERE on the internet, which makes it that much harder to solve. Thanks to everyone who reads this. greentea101
This may sound stupid, but have you tried TFC?
TheLoneRange12
This may sound stupid, but have you tried TFC? Yep. I've looked at the wiki list of all console commands and have tried all of them that have to do with the camera or camera effects, TFC, FOV, the one that removes all effects from screen, etc.
