CTD when approaching the Castle (just started happening)

This glitch just started happening, After I beat the main story with the Brotherhood, I am unable to fast travel or go anywhere near the Castle. Using saves prior to completing the final mission I am able to get to the Castle by any means, but even replaying the final mission from a prior save still equals the same issue. The only mod I have that really changes the gameplay is the sparing the railroad mod. The rest are just workshop mods and outfits cbbe and such. Any fixes for this glitch??

This really makes me upset... I've heard around the net, although the dates of these complaints go back to 2015 as well, but Automatron, Nuka, Far Harbour, all seemed to have done something to the game..

 

And I'm not sure what Bethesda is doing to fix any of it.

I don't know for certain but it seems with every major update and DLC, Bethesda rewrote pieces of the base game or just tidied up code and assets. I know that Spring Cleaning stopped working properly after the author stopped updating it as it was looking for items/assets that had been changed by Beth. I've heard from other mod authors that as the updates/DLC progressed their mods started breaking and working in a way they weren't designed to do because Bethesda was changing core parts of the game without informing people. I'm pretty sure it's the reason the CK and console mods were so delayed, because they had to change fundamental things in their game to get them to work. But it doesn't work well.....
