What has happened

I've been having a problem with Skyrim, on my interface, all options have a $ before them, like this:

I think a mod might be causing it.

Mods recently uninstalled:

Thu'um Mic

 

Mod Installed and reinstalled:

Script Dragon

You have deleted a txt file from your Interface folder.

 

Right click on the game in your Steam library and select "Properties", a box will pop up, click on the local files tab then finally hit the "Verify integrity of game cache" button, this will replace any missing, incorrect or broken files.
