Well, not much we can say without a more specific description of your problem. But for starters, that "load order" is not sorted correctly (unless Gomorrah Redesigned is an internally ESM flagged ESP file). Suggest you read the wiki article "FNV General Mod Use Advice" and try LOOT on it. In addition, you have the key mods that cause "HUD-UI-Menu issues", so read that article as well.
