mods conflicting

I'm using Thieves Arsenal & Natural Lanscapes and for some reason there is a conflict with Thieves.esp & Natural_Weather.esp. This is what my conflict report says:

 

[Thieves Arsenal.esp] (Part of Thieves_Arsenal_Odd_Jobs_Complete 1.1.omod) - Inactive

EDID 'DefaultClimateCOPY0000' of record type CLMT conflicts with 1 other plugin.

Natural_Weather_HDR_by_Max_Tael.esp (Record type: CLMT) (Parent: Natural_Environments 2.1.3.omod) (Inactive)

 

Does anybody have any idea why there would be a weather issue with Thieves Arsenal? And is this really a problem or should I go ahead and run it?

Many times the conflict is something simple like both mods have the same time stamp, or both mods change the same texture. Using either OBMM or Wrye Bash you can set one to load before the other. The last one loaded will control things like which texture is used in the game. Go ahead and try it, then if it crashes, swap which one loads first. Wrye allows you to change the time stamp if that turns out to be the problem.

 

Natural landscapes tends to have (usually minor) problems with any mod that changes any small landscape feature, such as removing a tree or rock to make room for a door. It shows up as floating features - a rock several feet in the air, a door hanging in mid air, or, a hole in the scenery that you can fall through. There may be a compatibility patch as all three of these are popular mods. Check the forum thread for each mod and see if there is anything there.
