Howdy.. just thinking  , someone should really try to make a mod that puts Oblivion Online! i mean like War Craft! but smaller.. like if someone could find a way to do that, so you could just set up your own online game station, and people you want, could join in! i'm not even sure if any mod could do that.. but if they could.. dang.. it would be pretty sweet.. just something to think about i guess. Peace Out!

Oblivion online would be a disaster, just like world of warcraft, which sucks...yeahhh, i said it! Why would you want to take a really awesome game that you can enjoy on your own, modify as you see fit, and ruin it by adding thousands of assholes to the equation. So then a level 1 newb can get killed by the jerk level 40 who plays the game 16 hours a day, and everyone can run and jump around each other in circles, and still not really work together or interact.

Okay... For starters, I disagree with the idea that they "took" an RTS (Warcraft) and turned it into an MMO, as opposed to just using the setting.

Secondly, it strikes me as unlikely that Oblivion Online's worlds would ever get beyond ten/twenty players, considering its nature.

Thirdly, there's much less room for grinding/killing lower-leveled players for the heck of it in Oblivion than WOW due to the ease of fleeing.

Oblivion Online is just multiplayer Oblivion. I'm pretty sure it would be nothing, or very, very little, like established MMOs.

I have to say, If Oblivion was MMO, it would suck. Alot.

Although, if it were something that you could do with a couple of your freinds, if you had freind codes etc., then I wouldn't mind it :) I can imagine me and my freinds working together to steal everything the IC has to offer :P
