Help with enchantment shaders (3ds Max)

I've been trying for days now to figure out how Skyrim applies enchantment shaders to weapons and armor and I can't figure it out. I realize this isn't 100% mod-related, but if anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

 

Basically, I'm using 3ds Max and I've imported the nif for one of the Dragon Priest masks (Krosis), which, in-game, has a green glow around it because of the Fortify Lockpicking enchantment. The texture loads fine, but I just can't figure out how to apply the enchantment effect. I've gotten as far as adding a Noise map, color-corrected green, with a mask, and put it in the Reflection slot. For some reason that looks ok, but it's still not right, I'd really like to make it look as close to in-game as possible.

 

I'll admit, I'm not very good in 3ds, I prefer Cinema 4D, but Cinema's texturing tools aren't as powerful as Max', and Cinema doesn't have a nif importer.

 

Anywho, any help anyone can give me will be most appreciated, I'm pulling my hair out here!
