Help Installing (Many) Mods

Help me install these mods...I tried reinstalling them over and over but always ends up with CTD...

I do have all the DLCs other than the High-Res and I uses LOOT for plugins arranging and NMM for mods installing

I dont know which mod conflicts with which as I dont even know where to learn about that
