Sunglasses with Berry Mentats detect life effect.

I've been trying to make this mod myself but have had no luck thus far.

 

I'd really love a pair of black sunglasses that can be modded like normal armor such as via Armorsmith Extended and Legendary Modification. When you would sneak, or maybe when your weapon is drawn, it would activate the detect life effect from Berry Mentats.

 

I've tried watching tutorials and trying to learn scripting and worked on this for several hours and know someone could probably make this a lot faster.
