Fallout Not Launching

I’ve scoured the internet trying to find a solution to this problem but I haven’t even found any one else who’s even having this same problem. Whenever I try to launch fallout it will not launch it shows up in the task manager processes, but it will not launch the game. There is no black screen, my drivers are up to date, I have re-validated the game files more times than I can count, I even cleared all my mods uninstalled the game and reinstalled it which got it to work but as soon as I install any mods it goes back to the same problem (I can’t really play without mods as I’m sure many of you will understand). I have seen a “kind of” fix that works where I run the repair vcredist but it requires me to restart my computer every time I want to play. I have very few programs installed on my computer, the only antivirus program I have is trend micro, which I have never heard of it interfering with any games.

32 GB ram

1Tb solid state hard drive

Windows 10 64bit

When the game first came out I had a similar problem and the only way I could play was to reboot the computer and then start the game. This did work every time. After one of the DLC's this seemed to fix this issue but after months of searching I never did find a definitive reason or solution. Again this was when the game was just released so the info was sparse at the time.

I have the exact same problem only it doesn't show up in task manager I also did all the steps but nothing helps

Having the same problem -- get a message that says "Fallout 4 has stopped working...".

 

I've tried everything with the same maddening result!
