Item Model offset in Crafting menus

Though this is definitely not a major glitch I hope someone could help me with this.

While on any crafting menu (Cooking, Smithing, Enchanting, may or may not include Alchemy because I do not make potions that much) the item model is offset and appears a bit down and to the left of where it should be. Strangely this does not affect my inventory menu or any other item menu.

The mods I have installed at this point are:

- SkyUI version 2.0 http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3863

- Categorized favorite menu version 0.1.7 http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4862

I've had the graphical glitch for a while but I was under the impression it was a result of an Arrowsmith mod I had (it seemed to go away after I deactivated the mod). But recently I had to re-download Skyrim because Lydia had disappeared and at that time I also deleted all of my mods (I think one of my mods broke Lydia but for some reason uninstalling the mod did not fix the problem).

I should also add that I am using a save file from before the re-install, but from before I received Lydia as my housecarl on the save.

And I had tried two different arrowsmith mods previous (both seemed to activate the item offset glitch)
