Is it possible to make it so the Fortify Destruction enchantment increases destruction damage by the percentage instead of reducing the mana cost? If it isn't, would it be possible to make the potion effect Destruction Dmg +X% into an enchantable effect? If someone is willing to look into it or mod it in, i'd really, really, reeeeeaaly apreciate it. EDIT: Being the dumbell i am, i figured i'd give skyedit a whirl despite having no knowledge of modding whatsoever, and it took me all 5 minutes to figure out how ridiculously simple it was to do this (1 value change?
