Oblivion.ini WHAT DID I DO?

Hi, I uhh, have a slight issue id like someone to help me with. I was messing around in the Oblivion.ini file trying to make all cyrodiil and all structers visible. I got every structer (Forts, Ruins, Wells, Keeps, Cities, houses and large stuff like docks) only "sometimes" they appear jet-black. Also the objects & items & actors fade way to fast, like 5 feet in front of me -_-

 

Ive uploaded a video to youtube with these problems for a more understandable aspect on this problem. Also these pictures might help. Ive included my entire Oblivion.ini below. It may be in the uGrid section.
