I need the Batiri Keystone to get into the cave to rescue Captain Lastri, where do I find it? Thanks

I believe you're at the wrong batiri cave. There's another one on the overland map that's not at the shipwreck area, which is not locked by a keystone. Go to the point labeled 23 on this map:
