Slow motion not lag problem, please help :) !

Hi, well thought id come back and give new Vegas another blast, but to my surprise when I loaded up a game just to make sure everything was good for a new start I got this annoying slow motion bug happening. Its not lag, getting 30 fps +, it is also like this for all animations, jumping shooting etc. I've heard it could be a nvidia drive problem but I'm not to sure and was hoping i could get some help here, use boss and everything on my mods and the game was working fine until i loaded it up recently. So i know its not a mod problem, but was hoping someone here could clarify as 'm having trouble finding this issue elsewhere.

I had slow motion problems from the FPS clamp option provided by the New Vegas Configurator.

 

Try setting the FPS clamp in your ini file back to 0.
