The best / the worst bard of Skyrim

The bard in the Silver Blood Inn. I told him to play the Dragonborn comes, sat down to enjoy some music. He started singing and I ran out, lmao.

Oh man, he is the only bard that has a good voices,tones.

Sven,mikael for me is the worst

And lisette, not really bad

But ogmund oh man he is so wonderful although he is old

And the most special one

Luaffyn in Candlehearth Hall has a decent voice, compared to the others. Karita is hands down the worse I've heard, but usually when they start on "Ragnar the Red" I head for the exit (or turn the speakers off).

Karita is the worst on account of her tune. Sven/MIkael are the best. They have some enthusiasm and sing about people loving to cook steak. Plus Sven has

Does Karita have the same voice as one of the Hearthfire bards? Don't remember which house, but I tried having one of my characters live somewhere besides Lakeview just to change it up, and the bard absolutely BUTCHERED Ragnar the Red. I love that song and oh my Glob the way that woman murdered the song made me want to cry.

 

Right now I'm not to happy with Llewellyn, either. He keeps singing the Imperials song, Aggression, rather than singing the Stormcloak's Oppression. I'm a Stormcloak and my husband is the biggest badass the Stormcloak army ever saw. Llewellyn needs to quit singing Aggression if he knows what's good for him.

I totally agree with that. it is one of the worst versions of any of the songs in Skyrim.

 

edit to add that I was going round my manors collecting items to take and sell when she started singing and Aegis the Bulwark said "are we leaving?" within a few seconds of the opening words :D

Personally, my favorite is Llewellyn in Lakeview Manor in the Heartfire Dlc. His tones are good and smooth. I love his version of "Tale if the Tongues" and "The Age of Oppression". But I don't particularily like his version of "Ragnar the Red". But I haven't found anyone who really sings it well. Maybe I just don't like the song. Only complaint I have with him is sometimes he seems to cut the song short. But other than that, he's great!

Oriella in Heljarchen Hall.... I really don't like any of her versions of the songs. Makes me want to slit her throat. She really is the only reason why I like Lakeview Manor better. With Llewellyn. Her tones and pitch are off and I just hate it. I wish the option to say you don't need there services anymore, actually worked.. Oh well. Lakeview Manor it is. The professional singer who does Karita's voice was very brave to make her character so adorkably bad. Unless she didn't do it that way on purpose in which case ... ugh, what genius director allowed that take to go anywhere but the burn pile?

Cmon Vanilla Skyrim has to be Pantaia Atia Sry if the spelling is wrong but imo She is the best bard in the vanilla game
