skyrim light not showing correctly on surfaces and objects

hello guys first time i post here, I'm trying to fix this weird bug the light don't show correctly on surfaces and objects, for example when i'm walking in the road of whiterun with a torch i see a large part of the road black while the other part is illuminated correctly this also happens in all interior, i'm leaving my load order and some images, i really hope you guys can help me, and sorry for the english.
