Why is the mod loader glitching like this?

EDIT2: Fixed problem, had to manually move files from non-mod-loader downloaded zip files to the Data folder (AKA "Installation (Manual)" ) for all mods experiencing problems then everything worked fine.

 

I attempted to get some mods for a new playthrough to improve my experience. I have a bunch of mods that are working sucessfully, but some are causing problems for me.

 

The problem: When I try to activate a mod, I get an error message that says: Error Cannot find C:/...skyrim/data/file name.esp

 

the issue I have with this is that when a mod fails to load, it mentions a completely different mod:

 

for instance:

 

DragonBone Weapon Mod:

A problem occurred during install:

Could not find file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\Deadly Dragons.esm'

(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\Deadly Dragons.esm)

The mod was not installed

 

Deadly Dragons:

A problem occurred during install:

Could not find file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\Deadly Dragons Creature.esm'

(C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\Deadly Dragons Creature.esm)

The mod was not installed

 

Realistic Water Textures:

A problem occurred during install:

Could not find file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\Deadly Dragons.esm'

The mod was not installed

 

 

I thought maybe it was deadly dragons period that was messing up, so I deactivated everything to do with deadly dragons. Once that was gone, Every other mod I'm having problems with (more than just mentioned above) keeps giving me the deadly dragons error, even though the mod has nothing to do with deadly dragons, and all deadly dragons mods are deactivated + no deadly dragons filed exist in my Data folder)

 

What's going on here?

 

 

EDIT: I manually installed Deadly Dragons and the accompanying texture pack (the deadly dragons creatures files) and it's still yelling at me, but removing everything doesn't seem to do anything)

 

The only logical reasoning behind this is that Deadly Dragons is required for the water texture pack and dragonbone weapons, even though that makes no sense? O.o
