x2cute2killx
I have the lighting marker bulbs set up to create lighting inside my bunker. but every time i load up the game the bunker is just bright. It looks like how it would if you just pushed the light button (A) in the creation kit and i can not get it to change to anything else. Does anyone know the answer to this? greekrage
IF its too bright .. Go to each marker and use this shortcut. PRESS and HOLD Ctrl-Alt-S while dragging the mouse up or down to change the light intensity . Simply pressing the S key and dragging will change the RADIUS of the light (this short cut also applies to objects you want to REsize ) Edited February 3, 2017 by greekrage

ReaperTai
I ran into this issue as well. You have to adjust a setting in the lighting tab of the location file I believe it was. If created a new area from scratch it is set to none.
MissingMeshTV
You might also want to check to see what lighting template your cell is using. If this is a newly created cell and you didn't assign a lighting template, I think the default the CK uses is pretty bright.

caleb68
if your modifying light radius, i suggest you press the L key so you can see the light radius markers as well, really helps in some instances, especially while debugging lights.
