I have the OEM CD roms and Original code for this games content as well as the steam versions Installed. I will Isolate the work using Mod Organizer v1.2.18 as a tool. I will use the oldest version of xedit as well as the recommended version of xedit to view and adjust things in the programing decisions made. Based on the request, The assets will be installed as requested but the code generated will not contain those assets nor with it require said mod as a master. I will be using that as a master to build around it's own code and inert mine in specific spots as we discuss the changes requested of me. No harm will befall the use of the materials used as references By me in the product results.-----------------------------I will ask no body inject suggestions here due to the request is specific. IF there are objects that are offensive in the arrangements, I'll take requests to adjust those but, the product will be Just a single plugin result...NO assets required other than the full game and all it's DLC add on's. There is known Hype and concern about (DLCShiveringIsles.esp) here, I have created a Blank esp file and no assets from it will be involved. IF the requesting user has any issues with this, you must state that clearly here.------------------The Idea here is dense foliage, a deep wooded sections of a more realistic view point.As this is just a request, I shall not tolerate misinformation or swamping the tread with useless information. So the only real mods Im looking at is the Better Cities mod that expands the towns and the Unique landscapes collection, although from memory I only used 4 or 5 parts if it and again from memory they dont include assets of there own, only rearrange/rebuild landscapes (hey you can do that in this game, no lazy precull systems yay!). So if placement is an issue I will lock down those selections first and provide links. I am considering some better textures for my 980ti will handle them, but if that is not compatible with your system then I won't get them. Also if it matters I will use Darn UI. Current settings of the master files and asset settings for the game are NOT static, they rotate with the player "That's wrong" Can this be fixed ? Yes. *.spt files are supposed to be set as statics and not travel / move unless it's programed that way. The grass ? of what there is are flat textures overlaid on top of the *.spt files held within the bsa archives "Dumb" *spt's are all that's required for these trees, nothing else.I'll look some more, I have uploaded the Lame default game shots on my steam account. Purr4me Posted February 3, 2017 Author Share Posted February 3, 2017 My statements will be numbered: 1,2,3,4 etc... when your standing in a group of tree's underneath them, and look up and spin, the trees are following you. That alone shows very little has been done in this area after all of the time the game has been in circulation.I am distinctly aware there MAY be more else where but I doubt it. Character is overloaded prevents movements.To cheat, console tgm, OR dump all assets with in the characters inventory. Purpose: A static location so every one is on the same page. SMB92 Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 I'll grab that save game now. I forgot to install the Shivering isles and Knightsd discs, I'll do that now too. I was unaware of problems with the speedtree in this game, it was never a topic I saw in memory ( it';s been 4 years, but I modded this game so much). What do you mean trees are moving? They follow you? Random Generation? I do remember some LOD issue where sometimes trees stay as LOD or do not disappear when "disabled" or "deleted" (either) and LOD "phantom" trees would track with the player. Purr4me Posted February 3, 2017 Author Share Posted February 3, 2017 In the scene across the small pond, you see the sewer exit/ entrance. stand there, look up and spin, while you do that ,watch the tree's. what you see is not supposed to take place. In Fo3, and my mod, this does not take place, it reacts as though your under real tree's, they do not follow you, they do not twist to focus, the tree's I have in Fo3 using this code in this way make the tree's appear real, have real branches.
