FO4 Mod Dependency on Skyrim Mod

I'm an absolute noob, created my account an hour or so ago.

 

I'm trying to download a Fallout 4 mod, and I get a message that it depends upon another mod. But that other mod is a Skyrim mod, and I don't have Skyrim, so NMM won't let me download it.

 

So can I not use this mod?
