For instances where you need some adrenaline to kick in with low ap for vats or bullet time or sprinting away. I'm kind of surprised it hasnt happened yet. Would use the same animations of stimpaks (which are cool), and I'd even be OK with the same model, (maybe a different color, I'm thinking yellow seems appropriate and fitting.)
