lndn95 Posted February 4, 2017 Posted February 4, 2017 Hi. I recently made a modified version of the Spectral Arrow spell that I uploaded to Bethesda.net. I set the base damage to 60, so it is already powerful. However, several people want me to provide a way to increase the spell's damage. I want to make it so that the spell is affected by the Mystic Binding perk. How would I do this? Thanks!
