drstage Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 Hi!I tried to import Hellis' RobCo Battery Recharger from FO3 to New Vegas. I converted the mod via Fo3edit, altered the skript (removed mesmetron power cell) and gave it a vendor.Game starts, I am able to buy the Recharger but when I drop it the skript won't start...and I don't know why.I'm not good at modding, but I changed nothing essencial, any idea why it won't work? luthienanarion Posted January 19, 2012 Share Posted January 19, 2012 Open the plugin in the NV GECK, open the script you changed, and save it. Then save the plugin. FO3Edit/FNVEdit does not compile scripts, so the script still has an invalid reference. When the game engine loads a script and finds a bogus reference, it stops the script.
