bubbabigsexy
So I've been playing SE now for about a week and installed a ton of mods. I never had any problems with a CTD for a week. I played it one night for 3 hours before bed. The next day I turn the game on, and I hadn't installed any new mods at this point, and it did a CTD when I started fighting. So I changed locations and went in a dungeon. No problems until I shoot an arrow at an ice wraith. Then CTD again. I don't know why it would run flawless for a week straight and then all of the sudden start CTDing every time I fight without any new mods being installed before the CTDs began. Any ideas why it would do that? I tried uninstalling all the mods that I had downloaded last two days before, but that didn't work. Then I started to get save file corrupt messages, but then they went away. I'm back to CTD every time I fight. Very frustrating. I know it isn't my cpu or gpu because I have many more graphically demanding games like The Witcher 3, Infinite Warfare, Black Ops 3, and DOOM 2016 all installed and have never had one CTD and they are all cranked up to ULTRA settings at 1440p. So any suggestions would be great guys.
falkon311
Do you have any skeleton or animation mods like XMPS, FNIS, Ragdoll, etc? If so then that's most likely what's causing it. Make sure you've run the FNIS app and use LOOT.
Alisu
When you get the save game corrupt message, do you also get missing npc dialog options? If so, peek into the (long) thread about false corrupted saves, should be near top on this forum.
